Whether you are 5 or 50, a regular exerciser or a little 'out of practice', physi is the perfect sport for girls and ladies of any age and any fitness level.
Collaroy Plateau Physical Culture Club is a not for profit club run by a committee of volunteers and two very dedicated teachers making physi a very affordable sport.
